EARLY BOOKING OFFER (by 30/03/2026)
The costs indicated for the Formula Residence, are inclusive of:

• Forfait consumption (electricity, water and gas)
• Parking (one parking space per flat second car supplement € 5 per day)
• Animation (from 14/06 to 06/09)
• Swimming pool and small playground for children
• Use of tennis court and fivea-side football pitch

Surcharges MANDATORY to be paid on site:

• Beach Service (one beach umbrella, one deckchair and one sunbed per flat) at 250 metres with sandy beach. € 105,00 per week from 03/08 to 24/08, remaining periods € 70,00 per week.
• Final cleaning: € 50,00 for Mono and Bilo, € 60,00 for Trilocali (kitchenette to be cleaned by the client or € 15,00 will be charged)
• Deposit: € 100,00 refundable at the end of the stay after accommodation inspection.

OPTIONAL supplements to be paid on site:

• Bed linen: can be hired on site € 10,00 per person per change.
• Bath linen: Tris (face, bidet and shower towel) € 10,00 per person per change.
• Cot: free if brought by the client, € 35,00 per week if provided by the village
• Animals: allowed € 50,00 per disinfestation
• Extra bed: where permitted € 100 per week
• Air Conditioning: € 70,00 per week. To be requested upon booking.
• Washing machine service: € 9,00 per wash excluding detergents

THE COST in FB INCLUDES:
Overnight stay.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner served at the village restaurant (1 first course + 1 second course + 1 side dish to be chosen from a choice of 2 menu proposals, fruit or dessert at the kitchen's discretion, ½ of water and ¼ of house wine per person included.
Accommodation rearrangement and change of bed linen and towels once a week.
Parking space. (one parking space per flat - supplement for second car € 5 per day)
Animation (guaranteed from 14/06 to 06/09).
Use of swimming pool and multi-purpose court (tennis-football).
Small playground for children.
FREE Wl-Fi in permitted areas
* Accommodation is provided in rooms, flats or bungalows depending on the number of participants.
* Check-in from 17.00 to 20.00 hrs. Check-out by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure
* Full board "begins" with dinner on the day of arrival and "ends" with breakfast on the day of departure.


REDUCTIONS and SUPPLEMENTS:

• Children 0/5 years FREE in bed with parents and "with meal cost per consumption".
• Reduction 3°/4° Children 5/12 years not completed -30%.
• Reduction 3°/4°/5° and 6° bed from 12 years -15%.
• Single supplement: Excluding period from 09/08 to 31/08 + 30%.

• Kitchenette Use: only for accommodations equipped with kitchenette, € 50,00 per week

The CAMPING prices do NOT include the Beach Service (which includes one beach umbrella, one deck chair, and one sun lounger) or access to the equipped swimming pool. These services are optional and cost €10.00 per day from 27/05 to 05/08 and from 26/08 to 16/09, and €15.00 per day from 05/08 to 26/08.

The VIOLA Club Village, located just 200 meters from the sea of Gargano, is directly managed and offers its guests bungalows suitable for every type of stay, sports facilities, a swimming pool, a multi-purpose tennis court, and a children’s playground. Just a few meters from the village, boating enthusiasts will find a marina equipped by the Italian Naval League, where they can moor their boats.

For an unforgettable holiday, there will be evening dances and entertainment for both adults and children. VIOLA Club Village is the ideal destination for tourists seeking relaxing and comfortable holidays. The landscape is among the most evocative: from a pine forest with centuries-old trees to a fine sandy beach stretching for over 10 km.

ACCOMMODATIONS

The VIOLA Club Village has 40 accommodations of different types: from studio apartments for 2 guests to wooden chalets for 4 guests, and three-room apartments for up to 6 guests. All accommodations feature a private bathroom with shower, kitchenette, covered veranda, and every type of comfort.

• Mono Bungalow 2: Wooden bungalow consisting of a single 16 sqm room. Double bed, kitchenette, fridge, comfortable bathroom with shower.

• Bilo Bungalow 3: Consists of an entrance with kitchenette and fridge, double bedroom, small bedroom with single bed and wardrobe, bathroom with shower. 18 sqm.

• Two-room Apartment 4: Masonry structure consisting of a double bedroom, large entrance with kitchenette, bunk bed, air conditioning, fridge, comfortable bathroom with shower. 25 sqm.

• Chalet Trilo 4: Detached wooden chalet for 4 guests, consisting of a double bedroom, a small bedroom with two single beds that can be joined into a double bed, entrance with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, plus a large covered veranda. Total 36 sqm.

• Trilo Bungalow 6: Terraced bungalow of approximately 50 sqm, consisting of a large living room with two beds, kitchenette, fridge, two spacious bedrooms, very large bathroom with all accessories and shower. The accommodation can host up to 6 people.

SERVICES

The VIOLA Club Village, under direct management, offers its guests a swimming pool, tennis/five-a-side football court and beach volleyball, a private beach accessible to guests with disabilities up to the shoreline, entertainment hall, evening dances and animation, a playground for younger children, as well as a bar and restaurant service with home-style cuisine featuring excellent local specialties.

The village is also equipped to host groups of children for summer camps, adult groups for religious tourism, and groups of guests with disabilities, including mobility impairments.
